Do you jump queues?, 2015
The publication presents to readers a cross-section of the five-year activity of the SPZ Gallery. It is a series of interviews with selected authors who exhibited in the gallery. In principle, it is a kind of unfinished interview – the artists in the texts meet virtually, complement each other or sometimes contradict each other.The interviews with the artists are conducted by Lukáš Machalický and Robert Šalanda, who are behind the concept of the catalogue and the gallery. The text offers a wide range of topics, from the relaxing ones to the serious ones, from the working ones to the personal ones. It is the diversity of topics not only in the interviews, but also in the exhibitions presented, that gives the book its lightness.
The interviews present 13 established Czech and Slovak artists of the younger and middle generation.
